As Director of the new Kintera Grants program, working with Dan Carol, V.P. for Strategy, I formulated and executed the pilot Innovation Grants program for Kintera, contributed to program and client strategy and was responsible for all program operations.

As part of the managing partner team at CTSG I aided in the post-acquisition transition. I developed policies and process for production and project management transitions to new systems and assisted with human resources challenges.

Also continued hands on creative design and implementation for clients and developed architecture and user interface for a variety of in-house technology products. Developed and managed sub-contractor network for overflow and specialized projects.

Provided original creative web design & implementation for national nonprofits and political campaigns. Led UI design & standardization of the company’s online advocacy and fundraising tools.

Internet Marketing Solutions (IMS) | 08/97 – 12/00

Created original design and coding for regional and local clients. Designed and helped maintain “Click Oregon”, an early statewide portal for news, local features and advertising which included several searchable databases of retail and restaurant listings.
