Community and advocacy portal for Organic Valley Foods customers circa 2003. Featured extensive engagement strategies and .personalization in the members section. Unique views for logged in viewers varied by activities and preferences, so the design needed to be all inclusive and very flexible.
Services included a multi-use email template set for multiple e-publications that needed to display their association with Organic Valley and still create distinctive personalities for their target audiences (kids, cooks, advocacy supporters).
